The origins


Originally, there is passion

A passion for high-quality products, authentic flavours, and recipes which offer a genuine celebration of taste. A passion for meeting people and sharing special moments. This is the service we provide. A passion which united Isabelle Ratzel, her brother Philippe and Didier Van Rooy. Three professionals who, inspired by the same love of flavour and good food, opened a site in 2010 barely larger than a market stall, a catering service with a highly evocative name:

Next came the experience

Three individuals, three careers and plenty of know-how! A wealth of ideas, exciting solutions to be shared and no shortage of enthusiasm. A brother/sister duo who quickly and quite naturally became a trio when, after having completed their education together, Philippe and Didier proudly received their chefs diplomas from the Laroche en Ardennes Hotel School in 1989. For her part, in 2010 Isabelle swapped her job as an adviser in a ministerial office for a position which was absolutely perfect for her, "Sales & Event Manager" for this new "Factory", which soon enjoyed increasing success thanks to her contacts and her skill as a communicator, supported by the culinary talent of its partners This growing trend forces them from the first year to push the company's walls to grow, serve you better and finally make you discover new horizons with the opening of a Wine Bar in 2013.
When Organic and Ethics go hand-in-hand 

The unshakeable belief that the future of our planet is inextricably linked to the protection of our environment.
We need to get back to basics, to return to natural, local and seasonal products. Many people today embrace the principles of sustainable development and this philosophy of promoting good food and high-quality service advocated by Biorganic! These include our team of course, which has expanded since this unique catering service opened in the Chaussée de Vleurgat. But also and above all the customers, who, thanks to "word-of-mouth", have helped the company enjoy constant growth. The year 2016 saw the business move to Forest, relocating to premises better able to sustain its success. Biorganic now have 850m2 of office-kitchen-washing-up-stock-cold room facilities (positive and negative) for its flavourful organic business! No surprise then that Biorganic was awarded a quality label for being the only 100% certified caterer in 2010, an exclusive position it has retained to this day! 2018 was unfortunately a sad year for the company, with the death of its co-founder and sales manager, Isabelle Ratzel.

The Factory gets a makeover!



Thanks to your support and the skills of the team, Biorganic has been for almost 15 years the first and only Belgian event caterer certified 100% organic by Certisys, able to respond to calls for tender from 50 to 3,000 people in full organic.


A major asset that Didier & Philippe, respectively Founder & Logistics Manager and Founder & Chef Executive, decided to promote in 2019, by organizing the company's identity and image makeover. Through this new identity, they are even more in line with their philosophy and they promote the work of an entire team!




New name, new logo, new slogan, new website,
