    General terms of use of the website and privacy policy

    Article 1: Purpose

    These "general terms of use" are intended to provide a legal framework for the provision of services via the biorganic.bio website and their use by the "User".

    The general terms of use must be accepted by any User wishing to access the website. They constitute a contract between the website and the User. When the User accesses the website, this is considered as signifying his acceptance of these general terms of use.

    Access to the website’s services may be interrupted, suspended or modified at any time without notice for maintenance reasons or due to any other circumstances. The User agrees that he will seek no compensation following the interruption, suspension or modification of this contract.

    The User agrees to use the website content strictly for private purposes. Use of the content for commercial purposes is strictly prohibited.

    Any content published online by the User will be considered his sole liability. The User agrees not to publish content which may adversely affect the interests of third parties. The cost of legal action taken by any injured third-party against the website will be assumed by the User.

    Biorganic.bio only collects personal information about the user for certain services including via contact forms, reservation forms or quotation request forms. The collected data is comprised only of data encoded by the user and visible onscreen by the User. The user supplies the information in full knowledge of the circumstances, particularly when he enters it himself.

    The collected data is only used for contact purposes and for the processing of reservations or orders. The data is only stored for the time required to get in touch or to process the order.

    All users have a right to access, rectify and oppose the use of the personal data concerning them, sending their request in writing, signed, to the head office address of the website manager, specifying the address to which the reply must be sent.

    No personal information will be published without the website user's knowledge, nor exchanged, transferred or sold on any medium whatsoever to a third party.

    All users also have the right to submit a complaint to a supervisory authority. The supervisory authority in Belgium is the Commission de la Protection de la Vie Privée.

    The contract will produce its effects vis-à-vis the User from the moment the latter uses the service.

    Article 12: Applicable law and jurisdiction

    Should no amicable solution be forthcoming to any dispute arising between the parties, only the district courts of the main legal district will be considered as having jurisdiction for the matter.

    Article 13: Newsletter

    When subscribing to our newsletter via the form available on our website, the User authorises us to use his name and e-mail address to send him our newsletters and/or other communications concerning our company and our activities.
